Our Thought Process
psESP
For every problem we face as well as every solution we develop we follow this set of questions. They help keep our decision making focused and on what is truley important. This process is iterative, and many solutions may be discussed until one that fits all of the criteria is agreed upon.

What is the specific problem we are faced with?

Is our idea a solution to the problem?

Who are our stakeholders and how will our decisions affect them?

Will our solution give a sustainable competitive edge to our clients?
Does this decision or solution coincide with our principles and values?

Our Client Interaction Model
Listed are the steps you can expect us to follow when we tackle a project together. We highly value collaboration and you will be able to see that throughout the duration of the project.

We start by discussing your goals and assessing your needs for this project. We will also use this as a learning tool to learn more about your business and what you do to help build our relationship. We will also ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire about project expectations.

Our development team will take a look at your goals & needs and will begin to create some ideas that could potentially help fulfill your needs and attain your goals. We will then present these ideas to you in a proposal package. Proposal packages are prepared to include cost breakdowns for parts, labor, design, taxes, and other expenses. The proposal will include the scope of work which defines what we are responsible to provide.

Upon contract approval our development team will establish milestones which include design completion, prototype completion, and target completion date. We will also send you professional weekly updates to where your project stands while on a bi-weekly period we will visit you for a personal one-on-one.

When finished, we will personally deliver your finished project along with a customized owner’s guide. This guide may not be neccesary for all customers or applications, and its existence or complexity depends on the clients needs. We will also provide hands on training when necessary.
